For over half a century, Kongo Dies Industrial Co., Ltd. has been engaged in microfabricating carbide.
We have always been looking one step ahead to the future as a manufacturer of small diameter/variant-hole heading dies and cold forging tools, taking the processing technology very seriously. Carbide is an indispensable material for manufacturing all kinds of products, and it is necessary to perform a quite complicated process because of its characteristics. The dies and tools must be easy for our clients to use. In order to pursue the ease of use, we start by learning and knowing our customer’s manufacturing culture. Even if it is the same design, each of our clients have different preferences for their dies. We proceed with our manufacturing by reading beyond the blueprints, picking up essential information according to our clients’ request.
Our passion right now is going back to the basics of the carbide processing technology to further improve our Waza (“Technique” in Japanese) to meet our Quality First policy.
